Payment & Cancellation: A deposit of 50% of the total rent amount is due by Credit Card at the time of booking. Full payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. If you need to cancel a reservation, and are 61 days prior to your arrival date, your full deposit will be refunded. There is No Refund for cancellations within 61 days of your Arrival Date nor can you modify dates or shorten the stay. We are not responsible for loss, delay, or expenses incurred due to weather, strike, road closures, flight cancellations or any other unforeseen circums
