2 bedroom 2 bath unit on the second floor of Sugar Top high rise building. This one has stunning views of Grandfather Mountain and far beyond. The Sugar Top facility has indoor pool, whirlpool, sauna and fitness room, as well as 24 hour gated security. This particular condo has a king sized master bed, a queen sized bed in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Kitchen has pots and pans, dishes and silverware, small appliances. NO coffee is provided, but we are now stocking units with salt and pepper, and cooking oil. Keurig machine in kitchen.Sugar Top condominiums do not have air conditioning.The units only have a 38 gallon water heater, due to space limitations.This only permits a 3-5 minute shower before the heater needs to recycle and reheat. .
