The great room features a mounted 65-inch Samsung HDTV, a stacked stone gas fireplace, plenty of comfortable seating, and easy access to the deck, where you can enjoy the outdoor dining table, chairs, and a gas grill. Savor the majestic long-range views from the living room, kitchen, dining area, sunroom, and, of course, the deck itself.  The master suite on the main floor offers a king bed, TV, a walk-in closet, and a full ensuite bathroom with a shower and separate jetted soaking tub. Upstairs are a king and a queen bedroom, each with a TV and a shared hallway bathroom. The bathroom is divided, with a separate shower room, allowing fuller use of the facility. The open loft area has a dedicated workspace, cozy lounge chair, and lovely outdoor views, and it overlooks the great room below.   Venture down to the lower level into the family room with a large TV, a second gas log fireplace, a ping-pong table, and an arcade game. This lower level has extensive, long-range views from the living and game areas and the bunk room with two twin-over-twin beds. The main floor living room sofa also converts into two double sofa beds for extra sleeping options. This home has fast 1Gigabit Wi-Fi and premium cable with 150 channels, sports, and more.  Sunset Ridge has paved roads to the house and a level gravel parking area for 4 to 5 vehicles. The location is ideal, right between Boone and Banner Elk in the Valle Crucis area. If you cancel more than 30 days before arrival, you will receive a refund of half the amount paid to date. Cancellations within 30 days before the arrival date do not receive a refund. If you purchase travel insurance and the reason for the cancellation is covered, you may recover the entire amount.
