Welcome to the Sunshine Villa! This newly renovated one-bedroom with modern decor is the perfect getaway for two. Located on ground level so there are only four steps into the unit. It is situated in a cove on the 12-mile marker. This complex offers a lakeside pool, indoor pool, swim dock, fish cleaning station, a playground, basketball court, tennis court, gas BBQ grill, and a boat launch. There is a 10' x 24' boat slip available for rent. **Please note, starting July 8th 2024 the indoor pool and hot tub will not be available until further notice due to remodel. **There is no trailer parking available for guest. Kitchen and Dining Area The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a drip coffee maker, and is fully stocked with all the essentials you will need. There is a dining table with seating for two. Living Room The living room features a sofa, a chair, end tables, coffee table, flat screen TV, sound bar, and sliding glass doors that open onto the balcony. Bedroom The bedroom features a queen-sized bed, floating end tables, drawer space under the bed as well as room in the hall closet for clothing storage. Bathroom The bathroom features a single vanity sink, and a shower/tub combo. Outside Out on the waterfront balcony, you will find a bar-height table with seating for two and a gas BBQ grill. There is also a wall mounted fan. **MAKE SURE TO STOP AT THE OFFICE AND GRAB A PARKING PASS. The double doors on the office are always open and have blank parking passes inside. The complex enforces parking passes and will tow your car. Neighborhood Description The unit is within walking distance of Four Seasons Café and Convenience store. Southwood Shores Condos are conveniently located off Horseshoe Bend, just a few minutes from all the events and excitement on the Bagnell Dam Strip, and central to tons of amazing lakeside bars and restaurants. To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $250 before check-in.
