The condo also has a wonderfully large, covered balcony, newly tiled floors throughout, washer/dryer unit, TV's with cable access in the living room, master bedroom, guest room & Wi-Fi internet access included and two private parking spaces.   The Surf Club complex has a private beach and boardwalk directly behind the complex, heated swimming pool, exercise room, small library, and large sundeck by the beach for social gatherings. The complex is located within a short walk to several restaurants, including a new restaurant right across the street. Just a short drive from the grocery store, more restaurants, fishing piers/boat rentals and Stump Pass State Park and Wildlife Sanctuary, where you will discover a pristine, uninhabited shoreline for walks and picnics.  (Rental rates do not include the departure cleaning fee, 12% tax, $50 condo registration fee, booking fee, and $500 refundable security deposit.)
