In 2016, we began our journey with a single one-bedroom apartment in a mid-rise building that overlooked the Downtown skyline of Des Moines, Iowa. Fast forward to today and throughout the years, we’ve had the privilege of creating, constructing and managing more than 70 properties throughout the United States; and we’re just getting started.
