The neighborhood is very quiet, no noise issues. Felt safe walking around. Great views from the kitchen, living room, and bedrooms. 5 mins from grocery stores like Fred Meyer, 15 mins from Museum of Glass and Le May, 20 mins from Point Defiance Zoo.
