There is a $500 fine for smoking in the house. - You must e-sign and return our written rental agreement after you complete your booking. - For your safety and ours, we have a camera on the front of the house facing the driveway. There are no cameras inside the house. - Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. We use Minut, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay.
