Everything about this place was wonderful. The tent was very clean, cute, & cozy. The mattress pad heater & space heater were already on for us when we got in late from being in Yellowstone all day. Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in, will receive a full refund (less 5% credit card service fee). Cancellations between 30 and 60 days before check-in, will receive a 50% refund (less 5% credit card service fee). Cancellations within 29 days of check-in will be refunded the cleaning fee only (less 5% credit card service fee). Travelers who do not cancel and do not use their reservation will not be refunded at all. We do not make exceptions to our policies as advertised
