Although house rental deposits are nonrefundable, if notification of a change in plans is received at least sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date and if we are able to refill the vacancy, then the deposit may be applied as a credit to a future stay of equal or greater value, for the same duration or longer as the original reservation at any of our available locations for up to one year following the dates of the original reservation.
