If there are no spaces available, there is public paid parking for $40/day on the North side of the building right past Third Man Records. If you are arriving using a ride share service, you will be dropped off in front of the building on 7th Ave S. Please use the ramp/walkway to the lobby. Use the Latch App to open the lobby door. From there, you will either see us in the lobby or find your way to the elevator and up to your unit for self check-in. We are on site every day and available to meet and greet our guests. While it features excellent soundproofing, some noise from other guests, sirens, nearby freight trains, music, and construction may be audible. Sleep sound machines and earplugs are provided. Noise-sensitive guests may prefer a location further from downtown. ~ Amenities: All Hyve guests have access to building and community amenities. We do not control their cleanliness, maintenance, repair, or availability.
