Welcome to a luxurious French condominium, nestled within the thriving Pie Town neighborhood, strategically positioned between The Gulch and the Music City Center, and just a leisurely 15-minute stroll to Broadway. Drawing inspiration from the opulence of the Great Gatsby era and the allure of the French Riviera, this property embodies timeless elegance and sophistication. As you step through the doorway, you'll be greeted by its undeniable charm and the spacious layout, tailor-made for hosting fun gatherings and celebratory events of every kind. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials, including two coffee makers, spices, salt, pepper, local coffee, tea, and an array of glasses for champagne, whiskey, wine, and more. Each bedroom boasts vibrant colors and artsy decor, providing a cozy retreat after a night of entertaining. In the living room, sink into the plush velvet couch or daybed, where you can relax, entertain, or play games with friends. You will absolutely love the gigantic, wrap-around balcony with its Parisian bistro table and chairs, lounges, real flowers and plants and an amazing downtown skyline view! Additionally, the unit features a Samsung Frame in the living room, perfect for use as a TV or a screen to display presentations. It's ideal for a friendscation, celebration, or business trip. Please note that while the condo boasts luxurious glassware and decor, it may not be suitable for families with young children. We offer free parking on site on a first come first serve basis in a private parking garage attached to the building. YOUR SPACE: The unit is located on the 4th floor of a 6 story industrial building. Your condo will be the last door on the left when exiting the elevator. ~ Step into a vibrant energizing living space including an open kitchen and a large living room with access to a beautiful balcony. ~ Bedroom 1 - Queen bunk bed ~ Bedroom 2 - Twin over Queen bunk bed ~ Bedroom 3 - Queen bed ~ Bedroom 4 - King bed GUEST ACCESS Come and go as you please! Seamless self check-in with smart locks. Full access instructions provided two days prior to arrival. To access your unit, go to The Lobby and take the elevator to the 4th floor. Unit 416 is the last door on the left when exiting the elevator. PARKING Parking is available on a first come first serve basis in the gated garage located on the South side of the building (in front of Bad Axe.) If there are no spaces available, there is public paid parking for $40/day on the North side of the building right past Third Man Records. If you are arriving using a ride share service, you will be dropped off in front of the building on 7th Ave S. Please use the ramp/walkway to the lobby. Use the Latch App to open the lobby door. From there, you will either see us in the lobby or find your way to the elevator and up to your unit for self check-in. We are on site every day and available to meet and greet our guests. Find us in the lobby if you need anything during your stay. We look forward to meeting you! No luggage storage available Monday-Wednesday. ~ Parking: The building offers a free, secured parking garage on the upper level for guests and owners, with approximately 30 spaces on a first-come, first-served basis. An on-site paid public parking garage is available on the lower level, with EV charging. Free street parking is also available. ~ Latch Smart Locks: Guests will be invited to download The Latch App before their stay. We will need an email on file to give you Latch access. ~ Seasonal Pool: the pool is open May through October, every day 7 am-10 pm ~ Location: This new building is centrally located. While it features excellent soundproofing, some noise from other guests, sirens, nearby freight trains, music, and construction may be audible. Sleep sound machines and earplugs are provided. Noise-sensitive guests may prefer a location further from downtown. ~ Amenities: All Hyve guests have access to building and community amenities. We do not control their cleanliness, maintenance, repair, or availability. We will inform the HOA of any issues but assume no responsibility. ~ Nearby Attractions: Photos in the listing depict places within walking distance or less than 5 minutes by car. ~ Smoke-Free: Smoking is prohibited throughout the building, including the courtyard, pool, and condo balconies. ~ Families: We provide a pack-n-play, hook-up chair, baby gate (for units with stairs), playmat, and toys at no charge. Please ask your host for availability. ~ Supplies: We provide ample amenities, including trash bags, toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom), and a full roll of paper towels. Additional amenities can be purchased if needed. *Please note that the urban location may come with some city sounds, including nearby construction, trains, and sirens. The area is home to a diverse community, including individuals who may seek assistance from a nearby shelter.
