Little Owl is your Pacific Northwest cabin fantasy. 20 minutes from Mt. Rainier National Park, White Pass Ski Area, and some of the most breathtaking hiking on the West Coast. Amenities include a cedar soaking hot tub, WiFi, Weber gas grill, top notch cookware, hi-fi sound system, A/C & heat via mini split, deck and balcony. We're just 2.5 scenic hrs from Seattle and Portland, and we're dog-friendly. Our cabin is immediately adjacent to National Forest land, and just yards from Coal Creek. We own and operate this thing called “Little Owl Cabin.” It started around 2006, in New York City of all places. Val was an affordable housing developer in the South Bronx; Ryan was a public policy consultant, designing and managing resource conservation programs. Peaceful and quietly. Perfect for a getaway weekend. There is not much walking in the immediate area so you will need to drive to any spots if you are hoping to spend time outdoors.

Beautiful views of the forest, cozy, clean, great amenities - especially the kitchen. Some of the best hiking trails we've ever seen all within a 15 - 20 minute drive. Highly recommended!
Wonderful stay with great hosts! We spent each day at Rainier and loved coming home to cook in this adorable cabin every night.
