Room extremely small for the price. Only breakfast was coffee for a BNB. Thought BNB meant bed and breakfast but it doesn’t. Bed was comfy but was almost claustrophobic due to size of room. No privacy on patio with neighbors patio divided only by a curtain. Nothing special
Cozy, comfortable, responsive, accommodating. Great little room for our weekend trip. Will no doubt keep in mind next time I'm in KC.

We went for a nice weekend and loved the location and the hotel. Beautiful furnishings and cozy rooms! If you want a great place to stay close to the gems of KC, this is the spot! Within walking distance to the Nelson Atkins Museum and the Plaza!

A great place to stay close to local attractions and great restaurants. The home was clean and included amenities not often seen like water bottles, bath robes, and plenty of parking!

Really cute place. Cool, historic common areas. Very comfortable bed, nice patio. Private quarters have very limited space, and the room I stayed in had no bathroom counter space. But it was very clean and comfortable otherwise. Plush bathrobes provided.
