We had no hot water for 3 days. None. No compensation for the incredible inconvenience.
There's nothing that could have been done about the weather. Pleasantly surprised the pool was still open for use. I was very happy with the ease of traveling to Cape Henlopen from this condo. If more than 2 people would try to stay there, I believe it would be very cramped. Kitchen is small. There is a noise factor in the second bedroom. You hea...

The condo did not meet our expectations. There was no closet to hang any clothes. All closets were locked. There was an ant problem in the kitchen. There wasn't any cooking utensils and only a mini frying pan. I would not recommend this condo.
The condo is in a great location but the kitchen is not well stocked (pots and pans, measuring cups etc), the TV was a little confusing at first and we did have an ant issue that we had to control. The AC broke but the management office handled that as best they could. The property would be great with some updates. A queen bed in the 2nd bedroom...
