The gas grill originally supplied had severe rust. We emailed the realty management office and within a few short hours they came out with a brand new replacement grill. Awesome,

Second time to stay at this location. The house is well furnished and very comfortable. Great it has a great docking area and good bumpers for the boat. it has an excellent washer and dryer combination and a great second refrigerator for drinks and bait balcony said I will be back

My stay at unit 44 was the most enjoyable month I have spent in the Keys. Everything in the unit it top quality from the linens and towels to the nicely furnished kitchen with top quality silverware. The dock area is perfect with good bumpers and cleats. I will rent this unit next time if it is available.

We loved our time in Key Colony Beach. Our unit was more than adequate for our family of 4 with easy access to the water for the boat we rented for the week. Owners and rental staff were helpful and quick to respond with any questions we had regarding our stay!

The place was easy to get to with plenty of room for our boat. Condo was clean but did not have any toilet paper, paper towels, or a trash bag. When I called and spoke with someone to bring us at least toilet paper, the lady was very rude! Other than that it was a great stay.
