The entrance to this home is adjacent to the complex pool and river trail and has an outdoor covered seating area. Upon entering this condo, guests are welcomed into an open living space, complete with a living room, small dining area and galley kitchen. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, flatscreen TV, and an electric fireplace for ambiance. This room also has a small dining table with seating for four. The adjacent kitchen has upgraded granite countertops and all of the utensils needed to cook a complete meal. The bathroom is also located off of this area. It has a step-in steam shower with a glass surround and a single vanity. The bedroom has a king bed, large closet, and a door that has access to the Northwest side of the building. A stacked private washer and dryer are located in the hall closet. The Viking Lodge is just 200 yards from Lift #7 and the free in-town shuttle stops outside of the complex. Town Park, historic downtown Telluride and the grocery store are just a short walk away. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee.
