This Condo was accurately portrayed and far beyond exceeded our expectations. Very conveniently located and will look to stay here again. Not sure why it says I’m from Seattle as we live just down the road in Panama City.

This unit was clean & very spacious for our family of 5. The location was wonderful, easy access to all parts of 30A and walkable to lots of shops, restaurants etc. The only MAJOR drawback was how crowded the Seacrest beach was! Beware of this when staying during high season! Never seen a beach so crowded!
Fun visit with family in Seacrest Beach. Beautiful area with lots to do. Lovely and clean accommodation.Only negative was the beach was very crowded and hard to find a place to be with all of us.
We were very pleased with our stay. The property is very roomy and comfortable, beautifully decorated, and in an ideal location. We enjoyed nightly live music from the comfort of the covered balcony. Check in and out were extremely easy. We would stay here again.

Cancellation Policy
A 60 day written notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund, less a $150 cancellation fee and the Convenience Fee. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival will result in a 100% loss of all monies paid. The loss can be avoided if Red Sky Travel Insurance was purchased and the reason for cancellation is covered under the travel insurance policy.
