If it is discovered that you have started an outside fire, in a fire pit, using fireworks or other open fire means your rental agreement will be terminated and you will be asked to leave.There is a fire pit at this location and it can be used all year long as it is propane!!• HOT TUB and POOL - legalGuest agrees to release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge Host and Host's employees, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities or causes of action of any kind that guest, members of guest's household or guest's guests or invitees may have at any time against Host or Host's agents resulting from guest's use of the hot tub/water features.• GUESTSYou are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us.
