Screen porch, large stone fireplace, open living/dining area, well equipped kitchen. Lovely view, relax and listen to the brook that borders the property. Nice dock and swim float. Located just steps from the shore. One dog is welcome No dogs on furniture. No smoking. No jet skis or personal watercraft. There is internet at the cottage along with a phone for local and emergency calling. Two 8ft kayaks also available (Guest must provide their own life jackets)WATERFRONT/LOT DESCRIPTIOIN: Drive down to the cottage. Level lot with sandy bottom frontage. Dock and new swim float.
