Beautiful condo . Beautiful location. Very clean. Palmetto Vacation Rentals Representatives were very rude and unprofessional.
The rental was past my expectations and just as beautiful as the pictures show. I could live there forever lol. My family of 9 really enjoyed the space and the pool was the best part for the kids lol. We will definitely book again.

The property was dirty. Floors weren't vacuumed, furniture was dusty.Chasing around for the keys and returning the keys is a pain. Should at the least have a drop box at the location. Very inconvenient.

Cancellation Should you have to cancel your reservation for any reason, let us know immediately. We will attempt to re-rent your property. A full refund of your deposit will be made if cancellation is more than 14 days prior to your arrival. (If your reservation is more than 30 days long, we require a 30-day cancellation notice to receive a full refund.) Cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival MUST be re-rented before a refund will be made. You are not guaranteed a refund should you cancel less than 14 days out.
