High speed wifi and cable TV are provided and there are Smart TVs in the living room and main bedroom so you can stream your favorite shows with your login credentials. There is a full-sized washer and dryer in this unit. This condo is also handicapped/wheelchair accessible with 36" door openings and comes with 2 parking spaces, one covered assigned and another unassigned. This condo is on the third floor and there is an elevator in the building. Enjoy being in close proximity to many great restaurants and bars; Seacrets, Macky's, Fager's Island, 45th Taphouse and Alley Oops to name a few!
