The living room has a 65" flat screen tv and sleeper sofa, with flat screen tv's in the master and another guest bedroom.  The master bedroom has a king bed and the two guest bedrooms have queens. Two bathrooms with walk in showers with grab bars.  Fully stocked kitchen and washer and dryer.  Cable TV with wireless internet included.  Screened lanai has table with 4 chairs, 2 lounge chairs, additional seating and outdoor lighting.  Gas grill is located outside of the screened lanai. We are just minutes to Lemon Bay and the ICW by boat.  Walk down the street and around the corner to Cedar Point Environmental Park and Dever Regional Park.  It is a 5-10 minute drive to Englewood Beach, Manasota Key and Stump Pass State Park by car.  A short drive to local golf courses, shopping, Boca Grande and spring training for the Tampa Bay Rays baseball team. Boat lift not available.  Only available for rent October thru April with a 30 day Minimum.  Optional pool heat is $75.00 per week.
