Welcome to Coach’s Cabin! A completely remodeled two-bedroom, two bath park model in Linville Land Harbor.  Open concept living, kitchen and dining areas provide for ample entertainment.  The kitchen has been updated with stainless steel appliances, a beautiful granite island with eat-in seating and is fully stocked.  The living area is outfitted with comfortable seating which includes a sofa and built-in bunk beds.  Master bedroom features a king bed and full private bath with tub style shower and new marble vanity.  Guest room has queen size bed and is separated from the living area.  Shared full bath with walk-in tiled shower is located near the guest bedroom. Both bedrooms feature flat screen TV’s with cable.  Enjoy playing games or relaxing in the sunroom/third bedroom, newly remoded in Spring 2021 and now featuring a twin bed with trundle for an additional private sleeping space.  Enjoy relaxing on the covered deck right outside.  Coaches Cabin has a dog crate inside and a large fenced yard for the young ones or your furry family. Steps were recently added off the covered porch (May 2021) for easy access to the fenced yard.  This is a level entry home and is easily accessible.  Coach's Cabin features three driveways that can park up to 5 cars. The air conditioning is provided by window units. Beyond the confines of the home, the Linville Land Harbor community presents a wealth of amenities to enhance your stay. Nature enthusiasts will revel in the hiking opportunities, while the community offers opportunities for friendly competitions with amenities such as shuffleboard, basketball, and tennis. A serene lake beckons for fishing or kayaking, providing an idyllic backdrop for outdoor activities. For those seeking relaxation in any season, an indoor pool awaits. The public golf course has gorgeous views as you walk along the neighborhoods and lake. Next to Hole #9 is the newly built addition, The Patio Grill. It offers a quick bite to eat or drink. The Patio Grill will be open for both breakfast and lunch during the operational season (May - October). The hours are 7:30am - 3:30pm. - Please note that there is not a Washer or Dryer in this home. Additional Notes:- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided. - Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am - 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement. -This home allows up to 4 mature, well-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $25.00 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted. -CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings canceled within 24 hours of their creation will receive a full refund of payments. Bookings canceled more than 24 hours after their creation are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
