With its location in the quieter northern end of Estero Island, this two-bedroom, two-bath fifth-floor gulf-front condo has a 180-degree view of the Gulf of Mexico and is an easy 15-20 minute walk or short trolley ride to Times Square. Guests at this resort have access to their on-site pool and patio with BBQ grills, tables, and chairs with a privacy fence surrounding it. Its proximity to the Matanza Pass Bridge offers easier ingress and egress, making Sanibel Island, the downtown Fort Myers River District, and Edison Winter Home, as well as Southwest Florida Regional Airport all within a 20-40 minute drive. This condo is equipped with all the amenities you are accustomed to at home. Off-street covered and open self-parking is included with your stay. Sliding glass doors from the living area provide access to the gulf-front screened-in balcony with a table seating four, a chaise lounge, and another side chair. You will be swept away by the expansive views of the Gulf waters and the sugar-white sand beach in front of you. From this fifth-floor vantage point you will see Sanibel Island to the west, then nothing but the open Gulf of Mexico to the south. There is nothing better than watching the sunsets from the lanai!The primary bedroom with en suite bath has a king-size bed, nightstands and lamps and an armoire with three drawers at the bottom and the top opens up to a flat-screen TV. There are sliding glass doors from this bedroom out to the previously described balcony, and the windows in this bedroom also offer an extensive view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. The bathroom has a closet, a granite-top vanity with a lavatory and storage space beneath, and a full wall mirror. Through a pocket door is the commode and a nicely tiled walk-in shower. The guest bedroom, bath, and laundry area are accessible through a pocket door. Behind sliding doors is a stacked washer and dryer set.
