Cancellations. Reservations may be modified, canceled, or shortened only if you provide timely written notice to 30A Luxury Vacations prior to the Cancellation Period Expiration set forth below. If timely modified, canceled, or shortened, the full amount of your reservation deposit will be refunded, less a $200 cancellation fee and the non-refundable booking fee. In the event of modifications, cancellations, or shortened stays made after the Cancellation Period Expiration, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges
