Be amazed by the huge master bathroom with jack and jill sinks and luxurious rain head shower. The state-of-the-art kitchen boasts high end appliances and everything you'll need during your stay. The kitchen includes all the cookware and bakeware needed for preparing meals. The dining table has seating for 8 and is situated in front of another huge set of windows to take in the view as you share a meal. Retire to the comfortable leather sofa around the soaring stone fireplace and big screen TV. Downstairs, relax on the huge sectional couch in front of the TV or head outside to the huge balcony with the hot tub and comfy seating for all. The two remaining king suites are found on this level. The fun continues in the detached garage where you can enjoy a game of pool in front of another big screen TV. Head upstairs from here where you will find the remaining bedroom with a king bed, as well as a full bathroom. Every detail of this beautiful home has been meticulously thought out and designed with you in mind. Welcome! *The cancellation policy is specific to your booking platform, and includes a processing fee of $200. After booking, during the verification hub process, guests will be asked to submit their credit card information for validation. At that time, there will be a $2 dollar hold on the card for validation and fall off the card within 7 days. It is a hold, not a charge, on the card. Then 7 days prior to guest arrival, the full security deposit amount of $300 will be placed on hold and renew every 7 days, until 2 days after the guests stay, at which time it will automatically release unless damage to the home is reported.
