You'll have access to the entire house. other than owners closest and build up area **Lake Arrowhead is a private lake and short-term renters are not permitted access to the Lake, Lake trails, Peninsula Park, and Grass Valley Park as of September 28th, 2020. Available lakes for swimming, fishing, and walking trails are Lake Gregory in Crestline, Lake Silverwood, and Big Bear Lake in Big Bear. Lake availability will vary by season. This is a residential neighborhood with full-time residents, we ask that all guests follow the quiet hours found in the house rules. Smoking inside or outside the home, any type of drug usage legal or not, underage drinking, violating quiet hours, exceeding occupancy limits or vehicle limits please do to rent this home. We do not enjoy removing people from our home, but the safety of our guests, home, and neighbors comes first. This home is not recommended for low-profile vehicles, as the driveway is very steep. Management takes no responsibility for vehicles not being able to access them.
