The first floor of the main home includes two separate living areas: a lovely front parlor, as well as a sitting room in the back of the home with television. The formal dining room can seat 14 comfortably. And the well-equipped gourmet kitchen includes a butler’s pantry, wine refrigerators, ice maker, two dishwashers, and more. There’s also a lovely half bath on the first floor.  The second floor includes three bedrooms and two full baths. Each bedroom has a historic mantle with non-working fireplace. The master bath includes a claw-footed tub and a separate oversized shower with two shower heads. There is also a porch off the master bath. The second bath includes a tub with shower.  The third floor is its own suite – including a king-sized bed, living area, wet bar, and full bath. Guests with Pets If you would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130.
