We are less than a block's distance to the community area for ease and convenience. Also, nearby you'll be able to enjoy Desert Foothills Park, just minutes away, with playgrounds and great area for walking and a place for the kids to play. We're only 20 minutes from downtown Chandler and Sky Harbor International Airport, and 30 minutes to both downtown Phoenix and Old Town Scottsdale. You'll enjoy the serenity and peacefulness of a private community neighborhood while being only a short distance to fun activities and natures of Arizona! Our 1915 sqft, two story home features a newly renovated and spacious interior that comfortably sleeps six to eight guests with its three bedrooms and two and a half baths. Enjoy the ample natural light with the large windows and skylights throughout. The kitchen is well stocked with a beginning number of supplies to help get your stay started right. The open concept, main living area is warm and inviting all while having access to the two-car garage and backyard patio area with BBQ grill and outdoor games! Each bedroom, located upstairs, is equipped with luxurious linens both in the bedrooms and bathrooms so prepare to stay and relax! We’re perfect for traveling families, business travelers, renovation placements and more so no matter what brings you to visit you’ll feel like this is your home away from! Our certified concierge will be happy to assist you with booking extras for your stay from golf packages, day trips to places like Sedona and the Grand Canyon, grocery delivery services, tours and more! These devices do NOT record or video - they simply alert us to decibels peaking over a threshold we've set to remain good neighbors • Uber & Lyft are easily accessible in our area for ease of transportation but it is recommended to provide your own transportation • IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit & rental agreement. • We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud. • Early check in/late check out may be available upon request for an additional charge. Approval required. • ***RENTAL CONTRACT: A SIGNED RENTAL CONTRACT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL RENTALS AND MUST BE SIGNED PRIOR TO CHECK-IN. NO EXCEPTIONS. PLEASE NOTE: The City of Phoenix explicitly prohibits excessive outdoor noise, and it will not be tolerated. Assessed fines and penalties will be charged against the traveler(s).
