The upper level contains a bunk room with 7 total beds as well as two additional en-suites boasting king beds each.  On the third level of this incredible home is a unique Captain’s Quarters sitting area where you can enjoy 280 degrees of unbelievable Lake Norman scenery.   Another attraction at The Chasestone are the game room and outdoor areas — plenty of entertainment options for all of your family and friends. The boat lift at this dock is NOT accessible for renters, boats can be tied to the side of the dock.  This property has two active security cameras on premise. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock. *Pool thermostat will be set to 80 degrees through the April 1 - October 31 pool season. The Chasestone is located within minutes of an abundance of shopping, dining and entertainment options, 15 miles from Davidson College, 30 miles north of downtown Charlotte, and 45 miles from Winston Salem.
