After a storm the family relocated the home to the middle beach area a few years ago and at that time decided to add an extra bedroom and restroom to the downstairs and remodel the home. "Gables" is a home everyone on the island knows and recognizes. Owned by a lovely family who cherishes it and enjoys knowing that it means so much to so many. The property is a 4 bedroom / 2.5 bath along with a loft area with a partially private area and a restroom. The loft has separate sleeping areas that are open but semi-private at the same time. For entertainment there is a TV area. The 4 bedrooms on the main level each have a King or a Queen size bed. Beautifully situated on the Middle Beach area of Surfside Beach. The yard around the Gables is perfect for the entertaining, kids to play, BBQing, etc... and access to the water is so easy, just a few short steps from grass to sand. You and your family and/or friends will leave this house wishing you could have stayed longer.
