You can enjoy the gorgeous views and sound of the waves from the balcony, living room, and kitchen. KITCHEN AND DINING The kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and comes fully stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to create any of your favorite vacation foods right from the comfort of your own condo. The dining area has a small table that can seat up to four, in case you plan on entertaining during your stay. There are 4 spots at the bar for quick bites as well. LIVING AREAS D10 is decorated in a beautiful french coastal style. The living area is furnished with a large sofa-sleeper and two comfortable armchairs with matching footrests that you can relax in after an enjoyable day at the beach. Snuggle up with a good book or watch something on the large flat-screen TV. High-speed internet and cable with 250+ channels are included free of charge. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - the living room has a gas fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment.  The bathroom is at the end of the hall from the bedroom and has a beautifully tiled tub/shower combo with a separate vanity area. SLEEPING D10 is set up to sleep 2 guests, which is perfect for couples looking for a romantic getaway. The master bedroom has a Cali King size bed and for guest configurations that desire their own bed, additional sleeping arrangements are found in the living room where there is a queen-sized sofa sleeper. EXTRAS -South facing -This unit comes with 1 assigned parking space in the garage next to the building. -A PacknPlay Travel Crib is provided in the unit for those traveling with younger guests.  -Hi-speed wireless internet is provided free of charge. -Golf balls and putter to use on the complex putting green -D10 is also fully equipped with all the needed beach equipment to have a truly magical beach vacation including boogie boards (2),  beach towels (4), sand toys, beach umbrella and beach tent shade, and beach chairs. (2). **Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.
